Hi — I’m Varun, part of the hospitality and after-care team at Dubai Ticket Expert. Once your hot air balloon ride is done - I help coordinate breakfast arrangements at the desert camp, answer follow-up questions, and assist with any post-flight service — such as acquiring your flight-certificate or providing photos/videos from the ride (if purchased). I make sure guests leave with great memories, a smooth return to their hotel, and a sense that the entire adventure was handled professionally.
