1. General Policy on Software Purchases

All purchases of the iSkorpion software license are FINAL. Due to the digital nature of the product and the instant access granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for software purchases. Transactions will not be returned to the original payment method (credit card, bank, PayPal, or any other means).

2. Local Services (Refund Policy)

If you have purchased a “Local Service” (e.g., a repair or diagnostic service performed on-site/remotely via our platform) and the service fails to resolve the intended issue, you are eligible for a refund. However, this refund will be issued in the form of Site Credits added to your user account.

• Eligibility: The service is deemed “failed” if it does not perform its stated primary function.
• Resolution: The refunded amount will be credited to your account balance for future use on our website or platform.
• Exclusions: Refunds will not be issued in cash or returned to your payment card/bank.

3. Remote Services (No Refund Policy)

All “Remote Services” (e.g., remote access or handling services) are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS under any circumstances.

• User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to thoroughly read the service description, system requirements, and capabilities before submitting a request.
• No Exceptions: We strongly advise you to double-check all details prior to purchase, as these transactions are final and non-refundable.

We are dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you believe there is an error or you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will make every effort to resolve the issue in accordance with this policy.
