By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the iSkorpion software (“Software”), associated websites, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by M.I Chetouane (@Shetouane) (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Services.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

The Software is proprietary and confidential, licensed, not sold. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the binary version of the Software for its intended lawful purpose. You are strictly prohibited from:

iSkorpion is designed for lawful, ethical, and educational purposes, specifically to aid in the repair, recovery, and diagnostics of personal devices legally owned by the user. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring all operations comply with applicable laws and ownership rights.
  • We are not liable for any damage, data loss, or legal consequences resulting from the misuse of the Software.

4. User Accounts and Data

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
